Asian BBQ Wrap


  • 1 large (10-inch) honey wheat wrap
  • 1 oz. shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 4 oz. cooked beef brisket, heated
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette


  • 1. Place lettuce, tomato and cucumber down center of wrap.
  • 2. Top with brisket. Drizzle vinaigrette over all.
  • 3. Fold in two sides of wrap; roll tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
