Classic Italian Sub with Capicola, Salami & Pepperoni

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (1 ft long)
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ½ lb. provolone cheese
  • ½ lb. Capicola
  • ½ lb. Salami
  • ½ lb. Pepperoni
  • 3 tbsp. Italian dressing

Directions

  • 1. Slice bread in half, lengthwise.
  • 2. Layer mixed greens, tomato, cheese, and meats on bottom half of baguette.
  • 3. Drizzle Italian dressing on sandwich, then close with top half of baguette.
  • 4. Cut into 2 in. sections for serving.
