Ingredients
One 4-inch biscuit, horizontally cut in half
1 oz. Dijonnaise
1 tomato slice
3 oz. heated sliced brisket
One fried egg
Directions
1. Spread bottom of biscuit with Dijonnaise. Top with tomato, brisket and egg.
2. Cover with top of biscuit and serve.
