Breakfast of Champions Sandwich


  • One 4-inch biscuit, horizontally cut in half
  • 1 oz. Dijonnaise
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 3 oz. heated sliced brisket
  • One fried egg


  • 1. Spread bottom of biscuit with Dijonnaise. Top with tomato, brisket and egg.
  • 2. Cover with top of biscuit and serve.
