Toasted Italian Sub with Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 Italian baguette
  • Grated gouda cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive tapanade
  • 2 slices Hot Capicola
  • 2 slices Prosciutto
  • 2 slices Sandwich Pepperoni
  • 2 slices Genoa Salami

Directions

  • 1. Slice bread in half.
  • 2. Sprinkle cheese on both halves of bread.
  • 3. Place under broiler until cheese melts, then remove.
  • 4. Spread olive tapenade onto bread. Add capicola, prosciutto, pepperoni and Genoa salami, then close sandwich.
