Ingredients
One 4-inch biscuit, horizontally cut in half
1 oz. barbecue sauce
4 oz. heated barbecued pork
One mini bun, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 oz. heated barbecued pork
1 slice (1/2 oz.) Cheddar cheese
One small potato roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1/2 oz. horseradish sauce
4 oz. heated barbecued pork
1 slice (1/2 oz.) Pepper Jack cheese
Directions
1. For each sandwich, spread bottom of roll with sauce, if used. Top with pork and cheese, if used.
2. Place heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
