Ingredients
1 hamburger bun, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 oz. heated pork carnitas
1 oz. prepared creamy coleslaw
1/2 oz. shredded carrot
1 oz. mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon sriracha sauce
Directions
1. Place carnitas, coleslaw and carrot on bottom half of bun.
2. Spread combined mayonnaise and sriracha sauce over cut surface of top of bun. Cover and serve.
