Carnitas Banh Mi


  • 1 hamburger bun, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 4 oz. heated pork carnitas
  • 1 oz. prepared creamy coleslaw
  • 1/2 oz. shredded carrot
  • 1 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon sriracha sauce


  • 1. Place carnitas, coleslaw and carrot on bottom half of bun.
  • 2. Spread combined mayonnaise and sriracha sauce over cut surface of top of bun. Cover and serve.
