Ingredients
1 oz. barbecue sauce
1 onion roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 oz. heated sliced pot roast
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Cheddar cheese
1 oz. prepared baked beans
Directions
1. Spread barbecue sauce over bottom half of roll. Top with pot roast and cheese.
2. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted. Top with beans.
3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
