Texas BBQ Sandwich


  • 1 oz. barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 4 oz. heated sliced pot roast
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz. prepared baked beans


  • 1. Spread barbecue sauce over bottom half of roll. Top with pot roast and cheese.
  • 2. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted. Top with beans.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
