BBQ Wrap


  • One 10-inch flour tortilla
  • 1 oz. barbecue sauce
  • 2 oz. shredded lettuce
  • 4 oz. heated barbecued pork
  • 1 oz. prepared creamy coleslaw


  • 1. Spread barbecue sauce over one side of tortilla.
  • 2. Place lettuce, pork and coleslaw down center of tortilla.
  • 3. Fold in 2 sides of tortilla, roll up tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
