Ingredients
One 10-inch flour tortilla
1 oz. barbecue sauce
2 oz. shredded lettuce
4 oz. heated barbecued pork
1 oz. prepared creamy coleslaw
Directions
1. Spread barbecue sauce over one side of tortilla.
2. Place lettuce, pork and coleslaw down center of tortilla.
3. Fold in 2 sides of tortilla, roll up tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
