Godfather Roasted Beef Sandwich


  • 1 Italian roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1 oz. pesto sauce
  • 1/4 oz. spinach, stems removed
  • 4 oz. heated sliced pot roast
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 oz. roasted red pepper, cut into strips


  • 1. Spread bottom half of roll with pesto. Top with spinach, pot roast, cheese and red pepper.
  • 2. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
