EZ Rider Sandwich


  • 2 slices Texas Toast, toasted
  • 1 oz. barbecue sauce
  • 4 oz. heated sliced beef brisket
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) smoked Cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz. thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 oz. thinly sliced radishes


  • 1. Spread barbecue sauce over one side of 1 piece of toast. Top with brisket and cheese.
  • 2. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
  • 3. Top with onion and radishes. Cover with second slice of toast. Cut in half to serve.
