Ingredients
2 slices Texas Toast, toasted
1 oz. barbecue sauce
4 oz. heated sliced beef brisket
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) smoked Cheddar cheese
1 oz. thinly sliced red onion
1/2 oz. thinly sliced radishes
Directions
1. Spread barbecue sauce over one side of 1 piece of toast. Top with brisket and cheese.
2. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
3. Top with onion and radishes. Cover with second slice of toast. Cut in half to serve.
