Honey Ham with Swiss Cheese, Fresh Basil and Phyllo Dough


  • 6 slices Honey Ham
  • 6 slices of Swiss Cheese
  • 12 Phyllo Dough Sheets
  • 1/2 c. Butter Melted and Kept Warm
  • 12 Leaves of Fresh Basil


  • 1. Carefully pull apart phyllo sheets one at a time. Cover remaining sheets with a damp towel so other sheets will not dry out.
  • 2. Butter entire sheet then fold in half. Butter sheet again and fold in half again.
  • 3. Place ½ slice ham, ½ slice Swiss cheese and one basil leaf on top of the phyllo.
  • 4. Wrap the phyllo in a triangle until all sides are sealed.
  • 5. Repeat steps for other 11 sheets.
  • 6. Bake at 350ºF for 8 min. or until the phyllo dough is golden brown.
