Cherry Pepper Carnitas


  • 1 sourdough roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 oz. leaf lettuce
  • 1 oz. sliced tomato
  • 4 oz. heated pork carnitas
  • 1 oz. sliced cherry peppers


  • 1. Spread combined mayonnaise and thyme on bottom half of roll. Top with lettuce, tomato, carnitas and peppers.
  • 2. Cover with top of roll and serve.
