1 Kaiser roll, horizontally split in half, toasted
1 oz. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. jerk seasoning
4 oz. heated pork carnitas
1/2 oz. thinly sliced roasted red peppers
1/2 oz. thinly sliced banana peppers
Directions
1. Spread combined mayonnaise and jerk seasoning on bottom half of roll. Top with carnitas and peppers.
2. Cover with top of roll and serve.
