Ingredients
4 ciabatta rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 oz. aioli
4 oz. arugula
8 oz. sliced tomatoes
12 oz. heated pulled smoked chicken legs
8 oz. sliced fresh Mozzarella
8 medium basil leaves
Directions
1. Spread cut surfaces of rolls with aioli.
2. Evenly divide arugula over bottom half of rolls. Top with tomatoes, chicken, Mozzarella and basil leaves.
3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
