Southwest Breakfast Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 purchased multigrain OR white flatbread (approx. 7 x 5-inches)
  • 1 large egg, scrambled
  • 1 breakfast patty (2 oz.), heated, crumbled
  • 1 oz. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 oz. salsa

Directions

  • 1. Preheat convection oven to 325°F.
  • 2. Place flatbread on half sheet pan. Bake 2 minutes.
  • 3. Remove from oven and spread egg, sausage, cheese and salsa over flatbread. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and all ingredients are hot. Fold in half and serve.
