1 purchased multigrain OR white flatbread (approx. 7 x 5-inches)
1 large egg, scrambled
1 breakfast patty (2 oz.), heated, crumbled
1 oz. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1 oz. salsa
Directions
1. Preheat convection oven to 325°F.
2. Place flatbread on half sheet pan. Bake 2 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and spread egg, sausage, cheese and salsa over flatbread. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and all ingredients are hot. Fold in half and serve.
