Roast Beef and Cheddar Melt
Ingredients
1 onion roll
Horseradish sauce, to taste
¼ lb. Angus Roast Beef, sliced
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 slices thick-cut peppercorn bacon, cooked
½ cup of thinly sliced onions, grilled
Directions
1. Cut roll and spread horseradish inside.
2. Add roast beef, cheese, bacon and onion.
3. Put sandwich in broiler 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
