Maple Breakfast Sausage Crustless Quiche
Ingredients
8 oz. Maple Breakfast Sausage
12 eggs
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 package (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups half-and-half
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Dice green and red peppers.
3. Cut Maple Breakfast Sausage into 1/4-inch pieces.
4. Lightly butter 8-inch glass or ceramic pan.
5. Line bottom of pan evenly with peppers, scallions, and sausage, sprinkle cheese on top.
6. Whisk eggs with half-and-half until combined.
7. Pour egg mixture on top of ingredients.
8. Bake for 45 minutes.
9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
10. Cut as desired and serve warm.
