1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ham on half sheet pan. Pour 1-1/2 cups of the apple cider over ham.
2. Whisk 2 Tbsp. of the maple syrup and mustard in small bowl to blend. Spread over top of ham. Bake 40 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, combine remaining 1 cup apple cider, remaining 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, Madeira and sherry in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup.
4. Cut ham into 4 equal portions. Spoon sauce over each and serve.
