Cheddar and Ham Biscuits


  • 2 prepared Buttermilk Biscuits, horizontally cut in half
  • 1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. sliced ham


  • 1. Preheat standard oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Place 2 oz. of ham on bottom half of each biscuit.
  • 3. Cover with top of biscuit. Place on half sheet pan. Sprinkle each with
  • 1/2 oz. of the cheese.
  • 4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuit is golden and cheese is melted.
