Cheddar and Ham Biscuits
Ingredients
2 prepared Buttermilk Biscuits, horizontally cut in half
1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. sliced ham
Directions
1. Preheat standard oven to 350°F.
2. Place 2 oz. of ham on bottom half of each biscuit.
3. Cover with top of biscuit. Place on half sheet pan. Sprinkle each with
1/2 oz. of the cheese.
4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuit is golden and cheese is melted.
