Ham Puttanesca Sandwich


  • 1 sourdough roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1 oz. shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 4 oz. shaved ham
  • 1 Tbsp. capers
  • 1/2 oz. chopped green olives
  • 1/2 oz. diced tomato


  • 1. Place lettuce and tomato slice on bottom half of roll. Top with ham and combined capers, olives and diced tomato.
  • 2. Cover with top of roll and serve.
