Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 English muffin, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1 oz. shredded romaine
4 oz. heated sliced ham
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Mozzarella cheese
2 oz. cooked drained bacon slices
2 Tbsp. grainy mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. honey
Directions
1. Fry eggs in medium skillet on medium heat to desired doneness.
2. Divide lettuce evenly between top and bottom halves of muffin. Top evenly with ham, cheese, bacon and eggs.
3. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and honey. Spoon over each muffin half and serve.
