2 large slices country-style bread, lightly toasted
Directions
1. Drain yogurt 20 minutes.
2. Combine yogurt, cucumber and garlic. Set aside.
3. Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until brown and crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Divide cucumber mixture evenly over bread. Top with bacon.
