Ingredients
1 whole grain hoagie roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
1 oz. shredded romaine lettuce
1 slice tomato
1 oz. sliced avocado
4 oz. thinly sliced ham
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Swiss cheese
Directions
1. Spread mustard on bottom half of roll. Top with lettuce, tomato and avocado.
2. Place ham on top half of roll. Cover with cheese. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
3. Place top half over avocado and serve.
