Ingredients
4 Italian sub rolls (each 8-inches long), horizontally cut in half, toasted
1/2 cup combined chopped radicchio and fresh basil
3 thinly sliced pepperoncini
8 oz. thinly sliced Genoa salami
8 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
8 oz. thinly sliced capicola
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Directions
1. Divide radicchio and basil mix evenly over bottom half of each roll. Top with pepperoncini.
2. Layer with salami, pepperoni and capicola.
3. Spread combined mayonnaise and garlic on inside of top of rolls. Cover each sandwich and serve.
