Hearty Italian Sandwich


  • 4 Italian sub rolls (each 8-inches long), horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1/2 cup combined chopped radicchio and fresh basil
  • 3 thinly sliced pepperoncini
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced Genoa salami
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced capicola
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic


  • 1. Divide radicchio and basil mix evenly over bottom half of each roll. Top with pepperoncini.
  • 2. Layer with salami, pepperoni and capicola.
  • 3. Spread combined mayonnaise and garlic on inside of top of rolls. Cover each sandwich and serve.
