Goin' back to Cali Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 onion roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 oz. cold sliced brisket
  • 1 oz. cooked bacon
  • 1 oz. sliced avocado
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Havarti cheese

Directions

  • 1. Spread bottom half of roll with combined mayonnaise, mustard and herbs. Top with brisket, bacon, avocado and cheese.
  • 2. Cover with top of roll and serve.
