Ingredients
1 onion roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1 oz. mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
4 oz. cold sliced brisket
1 oz. cooked bacon
1 oz. sliced avocado
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Havarti cheese
Directions
1. Spread bottom half of roll with combined mayonnaise, mustard and herbs. Top with brisket, bacon, avocado and cheese.
2. Cover with top of roll and serve.
