Ingredients
2 slices black bread, toasted
4 oz. heated barbecued pork
1/2 oz. roasted onions
1/2 oz. roasted red peppers
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Pepper Jack cheese
1 oz. barbecue sauce
Directions
1. Place pork, onions, peppers and cheese on one slice of bread.
2. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
3. Spread barbecue sauce over cheese. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
