Rajun Cajun Wrap


  • one 10-inch flour tortilla
  • 1 oz. remoulade sauce
  • 2 oz. shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Provolone cheese
  • 4 oz. heated sliced beef brisket


  • 1. Spread remoulade sauce over one side of tortilla.
  • 2. Place lettuce, cheese and brisket down center of tortilla.
  • 3. Fold in 2 sides of tortilla, roll up tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
