Ingredients
1 Kaiser roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
2 oz. heated sliced beef brisket
2 oz. heated pork carnitas
2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Cheddar cheese
1 oz. barbecue sauce
Directions
1. Place brisket, carnitas and Cheddar cheese on bottom half of roll.
2. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
3. Spread barbecue sauce over cut surface of top half of roll. Place over melted cheese and serve.
