CBCT Sandwich (Carnitas, Bacon, Cheddar, Tomato)


  • 1 onion roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 3 oz. heated pork carnitas
  • 1 oz. cooked bacon
  • 1 oz. sliced tomato
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz. barbecue sauce


  • 1. Place carnitas, bacon, tomato and lettuce on bottom half of roll.
  • 2. Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
  • 3. Spread barbecue sauce over cut surface of top half of roll. Place over melted cheese and serve.
