Carolina Blue Sandwich


  • 1 small baguette, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 4 oz. heated barbecued pork
  • 1 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. BBQ seasoning
  • 1 oz. giardiniera, drained


  • 1. Top bottom half of baguette with pork, combined mayonnaise, vinegar and BBQ seasoning, and giardiniera.
  • 2. Cover with top of baguette and serve.
