1 small baguette, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 oz. heated barbecued pork
1 oz. mayonnaise
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. BBQ seasoning
1 oz. giardiniera, drained
Directions
1. Top bottom half of baguette with pork, combined mayonnaise, vinegar and BBQ seasoning, and giardiniera.
2. Cover with top of baguette and serve.
