1 sandwich roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
1 oz. grainy mustard
1 oz. thinly sliced salami
1 oz. giardiniera, drained
Directions
1. Place pot roast topped with cheese in a skillet Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
2. Spread mustard on bottom half of roll. Top with salami, heated pot roast and cheese, and giardiniera.
3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
