Brooklyn Style Pot Roast Sandwich


  • 1 oz. heated thinly sliced pot roast
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sandwich roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1 oz. grainy mustard
  • 1 oz. thinly sliced salami
  • 1 oz. giardiniera, drained


  • 1. Place pot roast topped with cheese in a skillet Place under heated salamander or broiler until cheese is melted.
  • 2. Spread mustard on bottom half of roll. Top with salami, heated pot roast and cheese, and giardiniera.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
