Santa Fe Sandwich


  • 1 ciabatta roll, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 1 oz. Southwest Dressing
  • 4 oz. heated thinly sliced beef brisket
  • 1 oz. cooked JalapeƱo Bacon
  • 1 oz. thinly sliced avocado
  • 2 slices (1/2 oz. each) Pepper Jack cheese


  • 1. Spread dressing on bottom half of roll. Top with brisket, bacon, avocado and cheese.
  • 2. Place under heated salamander or broiler 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
