Texas Prime Sandwich


  • 4 baguettes (each 6-inches long), horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 12 oz. heated beef brisket
  • 8 oz. heated hot sausage links, horizontally cut in half
  • 4 oz. prepared BBQ sauce
  • 8 oz. prepared creamy coleslaw


  • 1. Evenly divide brisket over bottom half of baguettes. Top with sausage.
  • 2. Drizzle with BBQ sauce. Top with coleslaw. Cover with top of baguette and serve.
