Pepper Jack and Beef Focaccia Sandwiches
Ingredients
4 focaccia rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 oz. honey mustard
4 oz. spinach
8 oz. cooked sliced peppered bacon
8 oz. sliced tomatoes
12 oz. thinly sliced roast beef
4 oz. (1 oz. each) sliced Pepper Jack cheese
Directions
1. Preheat broiler or salamander. Spread cut surfaces of rolls with mustard.
2. Evenly layer spinach, bacon, tomatoes, roast beef and cheese on bottom half of rolls.
3. Broil about 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Cover with top of roll and serve.
