Pepper Jack and Beef Focaccia Sandwiches


  • 4 focaccia rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 4 oz. honey mustard
  • 4 oz. spinach
  • 8 oz. cooked sliced peppered bacon
  • 8 oz. sliced tomatoes
  • 12 oz. thinly sliced roast beef
  • 4 oz. (1 oz. each) sliced Pepper Jack cheese


  • 1. Preheat broiler or salamander. Spread cut surfaces of rolls with mustard.
  • 2. Evenly layer spinach, bacon, tomatoes, roast beef and cheese on bottom half of rolls.
  • 3. Broil about 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Cover with top of roll and serve.
