Roast Beef Club


  • 4 ciabatta rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 2 oz. chipotle mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 8 oz. sliced tomatoes
  • 4 oz. cooked sliced bacon
  • 4 slices (1 oz. each) Havarti cheese
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced roast beef


  • 1. Spread each cut surface of rolls with mayonnaise.
  • 2. Place one lettuce leaf on bottom half of each roll. Top evenly with tomato slices, bacon, cheese and roast beef.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
