Ingredients
4 ciabatta rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
2 oz. chipotle mayonnaise
4 leaves romaine lettuce
8 oz. sliced tomatoes
4 oz. cooked sliced bacon
4 slices (1 oz. each) Havarti cheese
8 oz. thinly sliced roast beef
Directions
1. Spread each cut surface of rolls with mayonnaise.
2. Place one lettuce leaf on bottom half of each roll. Top evenly with tomato slices, bacon, cheese and roast beef.
3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
