Ingredients
12 oz. cooked diced chicken breast
4 oz. cooked diced bacon
4 oz. julienne carrots
4 oz. toasted chopped pecans
4 oz. diced tomatoes
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
4 oz. Ranch Dressing
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. chopped hard-cooked eggs
Directions
1. Gently toss all ingredients except cheese and eggs.
2. Evenly divide between 4 plates. Sprinkle with cheese and eggs, and serve.
