Pecan Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cooked diced chicken breast
  • 4 oz. cooked diced bacon
  • 4 oz. julienne carrots
  • 4 oz. toasted chopped pecans
  • 4 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 oz. Ranch Dressing
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. chopped hard-cooked eggs

Directions

  • 1. Gently toss all ingredients except cheese and eggs.
  • 2. Evenly divide between 4 plates. Sprinkle with cheese and eggs, and serve.
