8 oz. cooked diced smoked sausage
2 cups cooked quinoa
4 oz. grilled asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 oz. blueberries
4 oz. sliced fresh peaches
4 oz. diced tomatoes
2 cups arugula
4 oz. Champagne Vinaigrette
4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
Directions
1. Gently toss all ingredients except cheese.
2. Evenly divide between 4 plates. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
