Santa Fe Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. canned drained black beans
  • 4 oz. grilled julienne chicken breast
  • 4 oz. chopped Black Forest Ham
  • 4 oz. yellow corn, fresh OR frozen thawed
  • 4 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 2 oz. julienne red onion
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 4 oz. Avocado Ranch Dressing
  • 4 oz. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  • 1. Gently toss all ingredients except cheese and cilantro.
  • 2. Evenly divide between 4 plates. Top with shredded cheese and cilantro, and serve.
