Steak House Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. warm pulled roast beef
  • 8 oz. unpeeled warm roasted diced potatoes
  • 6 oz. warm caramelized onions
  • 4 oz. cooked diced bacon
  • 4 oz. halved cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 4 oz. Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese

Directions

  • 1. Gently toss all ingredients except cheese.
  • 2. Divide salad mixture evenly between 4 plates. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
