Ingredients
12 oz. warm pulled roast beef
8 oz. unpeeled warm roasted diced potatoes
6 oz. warm caramelized onions
4 oz. cooked diced bacon
4 oz. halved cherry tomatoes
4 cups mixed salad greens
4 oz. Balsamic Vinaigrette
4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
Directions
1. Gently toss all ingredients except cheese.
2. Divide salad mixture evenly between 4 plates. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
