Ingredients
12 oz. cooked julienne roast beef
4 oz. peeled pitted sliced avocado
4 oz. julienne carrots
4 oz. peeled pitted julienne mango
4 oz. roasted lightly salted peanuts
4 oz. cooked soba noodles
4 oz. julienne fresh tomatoes
4 cups baby spinach
2 oz. sliced green onions
4 oz. Asian Vinaigrette
Directions
1. Gently toss all ingredients except dressing. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Gently toss salad ingredients with dressing.
3. Divide mixture evenly between 4 plates and serve.
