4 oz. sushi-grade raw peeled shrimp, thinly sliced
1 cup prosciutto, crisped in the oven, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
Directions
1. Whisk orange and lemon juices, soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, chile and vinegar until well blended. Divide mixture evenly between 4 medium sized rimmed plates.
2. Arrange scallops and shrimp evenly over juice mixture. Sprinkle with prosciutto, cilantro and onions, and serve.
