Ingredients
1 cup large tortilla chips
1 cup roasted seeded chopped red peppers
1 cup cooked chopped bacon
1/2 cup roasted seeded chopped jalapeno peppers
4 green onions, chopped
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Directions
1. Place tortilla chips in medium skillet.
2. Sprinkle evenly with red peppers, bacon, jalapeno peppers, onions and cheese.
3. Heat skillet on medium heat until ingredients are warm and cheese is melted. Serve in skillet with additional tortilla chips.
