Skillet Nachos


  • 1 cup large tortilla chips
  • 1 cup roasted seeded chopped red peppers
  • 1 cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup roasted seeded chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips


  • 1. Place tortilla chips in medium skillet.
  • 2. Sprinkle evenly with red peppers, bacon, jalapeno peppers, onions and cheese.
  • 3. Heat skillet on medium heat until ingredients are warm and cheese is melted. Serve in skillet with additional tortilla chips.
