1. Preheat grill on medium direct heat. Brush asparagus with olive oil. Grill 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp, turning frequently. Remove from grill. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
2. Meanwhile, sauté salami, shallot and garlic in small skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until shallot is tender. Remove from heat.
3. Combine asparagus and salami mixture. Toss apples in lemon juice. Add to asparagus mixture.
4. Divide mixture evenly between 8 lettuce leaf “cups”. Sprinkle with Brie. Plate 2 per serving.
