Asian Tuna Salad
Ingredients
5 oz. mixed greens
5 oz. thinly sliced napa cabbage
2 oz. julienne carrots
2 oz. unpeeled julienne cucumber
2 oz. thinly sliced red onion
4 oz. Asian dressing
8 oz. tuna, seared on all sides to rare, cut into 4 pieces
2 oz. shaved prosciutto
Directions
1. Combine vegetables. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Toss vegetables with dressing. Divide evenly between 4 plates. Top each with a piece of tuna and 1/2 oz. of prosciutto and serve.
