Asian Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. mixed greens
  • 5 oz. thinly sliced napa cabbage
  • 2 oz. julienne carrots
  • 2 oz. unpeeled julienne cucumber
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced red onion
  • 4 oz. Asian dressing
  • 8 oz. tuna, seared on all sides to rare, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 oz. shaved prosciutto

Directions

  • 1. Combine vegetables. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2. Toss vegetables with dressing. Divide evenly between 4 plates. Top each with a piece of tuna and 1/2 oz. of prosciutto and serve.
