10 oz. grilled radicchio
6 oz. grilled peeled shrimp
6 oz. peeled sliced avocado
4 oz. halved cherry tomatoes
8 slices cooked crumbled bacon
4 oz. balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
1. Combine vegetables, shrimp and bacon. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Toss vegetable mixture with vinaigrette. Divide evenly between 4 plates and serve.
