Ingredients
12 oz. julienne roast beef
10 oz. mixed salad greens
6 oz. oven roasted tomato halves
6 oz. prepared oil and vinegar coleslaw
3 oz. BBQ vinaigrette
Directions
1. Combine beef, greens and tomatoes. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Toss beef mixture with coleslaw and vinaigrette. Divide evenly between 4 plates and serve.
