BBQ Salad


  • 12 oz. julienne roast beef
  • 10 oz. mixed salad greens
  • 6 oz. oven roasted tomato halves
  • 6 oz. prepared oil and vinegar coleslaw
  • 3 oz. BBQ vinaigrette


  • 1. Combine beef, greens and tomatoes. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2. Toss beef mixture with coleslaw and vinaigrette. Divide evenly between 4 plates and serve.
