1. Cover top half of bun with pancetta, salami and roast tomatoes.
2. Place arugula on bottom half of bun.
3. Combine mayonnaise and thyme. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over arugula.
5. Close sandwich. Cut in half to serve.
