Prosciutto, Goat Cheese and Watercress Sandwiches


  • 4 ciabatta rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
  • 2 oz. balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 oz. watercress, stems removed
  • 4 oz. halved roasted plum tomatoes
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced roasted pears
  • 2 oz. crumbled soft goat cheese


  • 1. Drizzle cut surfaces of rolls with vinaigrette.
  • 2. Evenly divide and layer bottom half of roll with watercress, tomatoes, prosciutto, pears and cheese.
  • 3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
