Prosciutto, Goat Cheese and Watercress Sandwiches
Ingredients
4 ciabatta rolls, horizontally cut in half, toasted
2 oz. balsamic vinaigrette
1 oz. watercress, stems removed
4 oz. halved roasted plum tomatoes
8 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto
2 oz. thinly sliced roasted pears
2 oz. crumbled soft goat cheese
Directions
1. Drizzle cut surfaces of rolls with vinaigrette.
2. Evenly divide and layer bottom half of roll with watercress, tomatoes, prosciutto, pears and cheese.
3. Cover with top of roll and serve.
