2 baguettes, each cut into 2 pieces, then horizontally cut in half
4 oz. prepared apple butter
1 oz. mixed greens
8 slices tomato
1 lb. sliced smoked pork loin
4 oz. slices (1 oz. each) Brie cheese
4 oz. cooked crumbled bacon
Directions
1. Combine mayonnaise, pepper flakes and sage. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Spread 1 side of each piece of bread with mayonnaise mixture. Spread other side of bread with apple butter.
3. Evenly divide and layer bottom of each bread piece with mixed greens, tomatoes, pork, cheese and bacon. Cover with top of bread. Cut in half to serve.
