1. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish and rosemary. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise mixture. Evenly divide and layer 4 slices of bread with beef, peppers, bacon, onions and cheese.
3. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
