Roast Beef Panini

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 oz. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 8 slices Vienna bread, toasted
  • 1 lb. sliced roast beef
  • 4 oz. roasted red peppers
  • 4 oz. cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 oz. caramelized onions
  • 4 slices (1 oz. each) Chihuahua cheese

Directions

  • 1. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish and rosemary. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2. Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise mixture. Evenly divide and layer 4 slices of bread with beef, peppers, bacon, onions and cheese.
  • 3. Cover with second slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
